i need answers

My period suppose to came on the 17 of March but it 16 nd wen it did I was spotting nd on 17 it was light that day nd the the next day day then the other three days it was spotting nd it was just supposed to be for five days. Since from those days I been feeling nausea nd my stomach keeps hurting. Is this normal or wat.

Yes we had unprotected sex and no my diet having changed
Also by bf say he us sleeping a lot.

Welcome to EmpowHer. Are your periods normally regular? Did you have unprotected sex? Did your diet change? There are many reasons that you may have an irregular period.
