Hi there,
I was trying to find out info about actually being able to stick to this weight loss program. I just joined right before Christmas. I just had my 2nd appointment, & i'm very overwhelmed. If there is anybody out there, who did this program & can offer me some knowledge. Thanks

I'm positive if you are working with a certified nutritionist, and exercising under their direction, you are doing good things for your health. Keep at it! Come back anytime to talk about how it's going, or if you have questions about what they're suggesting you do.

Good luck sticking with the program. A year is a long time to be in something like that, but if you stick with it, I'm positive you will have learned lifestyle changing habits. Glad they have medical professionals affiliated with the program. Did you ask the nutritionist if you can work with someone additionally to help with support along the way?
Good luck and come back here for more support anytime. How can we help you? Let us know.

Hi Christine,
I'm signing on my sisters computer ...at her house now...
It's real hard ... I actually started actual program after new years i lost 4.6 pounds in 6 days.....my husband does love me- but I just think this will help get back on track...the program becomes less resrictive once I get to where I am supposed to be. There are 3 Dr's affiliated with it. the progranm is a year,.....There is nobody I can talk to other then the nutrionist who I see oncea week.

How's it going? Are you seeing results, since it has been a few weeks? How do you feel? Do you feel like it will be something you can keep up. How long is the program? How much weight are you looking to lose? Are you working with a doctor at all? Do you have other health conditions that are being taken into consideration?
Sorry to be asking so many questions. Don't feel like you have to answer all my questions, I'm just curious. Just do what is comfortable for you.
I truly hope you are doing it more for your own self-image than your husband. I also hope your husband loves you with or without the program. :)
Good luck and keep moving forward. I understand that many programs that are restrictive become easier as you progress. If not, ask for help from the program representatives. Do they have a support system built into the program that you can contact? Maybe past users of the program?

Hi Christine,

It includes an excercise regimin as well as food regimin. It's extremly restricted...and very time consuming. I'm hoping this will change how my husband looks at me etc..So in essence , Im doing this for myself .l & him.

Hi SarahK,
Thanks for your question. I'm not in NJ, but curious what you mean by "overwhelmed". I'm not familiar with the program, what all does it include? Is it just weight loss, or does it include fitness/lifestyle too? Is it restrictive?
