Thank you for that article, it was really interesting.
Please can you tell me how important drinking water is to weight loss? I do everything I can think of to lose weight (fat) but struggle along, only losing the tiniest amounts and just one small 'treat' sends me skyrocketing up again. And then it takes me 2 weeks to lose what I just gained. The only thing I know I'm doing badly is not drinking enough water. Is it really making that much difference to me?
