EmpowHER Guest I am female, over 60, I am on 2 blood pressure meds, but been feeling weird. sys when I check is 149, but diastolic was 69, is this a sign of problems? or could it be because I have maybe an infection or something?

EmpowHER Guest I lived and travelled throughout Europe for 6 years during which time there were several outbreaks of the Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. From what I have read and been told, I don't believe I can qualify as a blood donor. What do you think?

EmpowHER Guest Sometimes my blood pressure is 160/90 and a few minutes later it could be 130/78. Or in a few hours it could be 144/88. What can cause this?
