Has anyone heard about this wacky berry that makes sweetens sour foods? Check out the New York Times article here.
According to the article this tiny fruit helped a large group reach its own consensus: limes were candied, vinegar resembled apple juice, goat cheese tasted like cheesecake on the tongue and goat cheese on the throat. Bananas were just bananas.
Apparently the fruit isn't much on its own, but people do love its effects. Would you try it?

For a minute, I thought the article was going to be about goji berries, another "miracle fruit" for a different reason that has nothing to do with taste alchemy.
Would I try the magic berry (whatever it's called)? Sure, why not; it would be fun! I'd love to see what havoc it would cause at a wine tasting (hehehe).
