I started with muscle spasms in my neck for about 2 weeks, no pain just spasms, and then the muscles in my back begin to freeze up and spasm, and than a night my legs would cramp. I walking ony 40 minutes a day in the sun, the temperture was about 93. I was given muscle relaxers and ibprofen to take and I woke up one morning and my urine was amber color, and I was very dizzy, and hardly stand that lasted all day. I started having changes in my bowls, olily stool and pain in my lower back at the end of the day. Could this all be from dehydration. My doctor keep saying nothing was wrong. This went on for months, chronic back pain.

Now that I look back this was probably dehydration, that got worse and my electrolytes was off even though I was drinking water. I never thought about dehydration, I don't know why I never thought about it, because I was ony walking about 40 minutes in the sun, and I had been doing this for years and never experience this, but this was usually hot weather.
