Hi Anonymous
Have you seen a health care provider about this? If you haven't, you really should.
Do you get swelling or discoloration with the pain? What does the pain feel like: burning, aching, throbbing, etc.? There are numerous possible causes for this from collapsing arches to circulatory problems or low back issues.
Please make an appointment with your health care provider, and if you want to discuss this further, give us a little more detail and we'll try to point you in the right direction with some resources. Thank you for writing.
