Unless there was live sperm deposited on the opening of her vagina, she won't get pregnant. There is some very small chance it did so she may want to consider taking emergency contraception.

We cannot predict pregnancy outcomes. If your hands were dry then there is no risk. Wash your hands with soap and warm water in future to avoid any risks.
