I highly recommend that you go and talk to your doctor about this - it could be post partum or it could be any other type of mood disorder. I hope you can see your doc soon!

Hello badGirl,

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing these feelings!  I'd love to give you some advice on the matter.

First of all I'd like to suggest one of the most common reasons women have this rather sudden onset of this kind of behavior: anemia!  When your blood is deficient of iron it causes one to experience mood swings for apparently no obvious reason, fatigue, depression (sadness), and complacency.  To find out if you have it you can take a simply blood test from your doctor.  if you are anemic, the treatment is also simple: take iron pills.

The second option that may be happening is hormonal.  Hormonal imbalances can cause severe mood swings and feelings we can't control.  For women especially, our hormones can get imbalanced pretty easily.  I suggest you visit your doctor for this one.  They can check your hormone levels to determine if this is the cause.

I hope this helps.  Let us know if you have any more questions.

Faith
