I completely agree with you in all eight ways. Especially about caffeine - I used to drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day to stay awake and keep up with work, and then anxiously slept and suffered from insomnia. But once I limited my use to 1 cup (and sometimes I try to replace it with tea or juice), my sleep got better and after a few weeks I felt better and really began to feel less anxious, it became easier for me to perceive reality, without the pressure of disturbing thoughts about work and tasks. I am surprised that this is the result of caffeine elimination.
