I agree with pretty much every premise and the sooner we get back to (mostly) basics and stop labelling everything we're eating as some sort of speciality diet, the better. Whole foods, lean protein, plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and dairy/dairy alternatives...it's not very complex. The media and the diet industry has convinced so many that unless they subscribe to a certain diet, they won't be healthy.
