Try to relax and wait for your period to come on its own. You mention beginning an exercise routine and starting a new medication for anxiety, so this might be what is causing the delay. Many things can impact a woman's cycle, (besides pregnancy) causing an early, late or missed a period. Stress, weight loss or weight gain, illness, medications, over-exercising, a change in lifestyle or routine as well as hormonal imbalance. Speak with your GYN if this becomes a pattern or you begin to miss periods.
