Hello, Anon! Thank you for posting.

Vasomotor rhinitis, also called non-allergic rhinitis, is a condition that's used to describe a runny nose and/or congestion that doesn't go away and is not caused by allergies or infections such as the common cold. If your symptoms aren't easily controlled by decongestants or antihistamines, your doctor may suggest a nonprescription corticosteroid nasal spray, such as Flonase or Nasacort, or a prescription antihistamine spray such as Astelin and Patanase.

Gustatory rhinitis is the term used to describe the sudden onset of watery nasal discharge with eating, especially foods that are spicy or heated (such as soup, hot chili, etc).
