I understand how frustrating it is to have results with no explanation which is why you need to contact your doctor's office and have someone spend some time, even over the phone, to let you where you stand regarding your results until you can see your GYN. A month is a long time to wait. Keep in mind, many things can impact a woman's cycle, stress, excessive exercising, a change in lifestyle, a hormonal imbalance (which you say were checked for) being underweight or overweight. So, try not to worry until you can fully speak to your doctor.
