You haven't mentioned what you are doing, or have done, to help your nails so it's hard to recommend something when you may already have done it.
If you have done all the usuals - plenty of calcium, a biotin supplement (that needs to be taken for several months to start seeing an improvement), nail creams and keeping nails reasonably short, then I suggest you see a dermatologist to see what can be done. Also, make sure you wear gloves when cleaning.
