Itching can be caused by allergies. These could be from laundry detergent or other allergens in your home. It could also be caused by outdoor, environmental allergies(pollen or dander for example).
You may need to have your home/workspace checked for any kind of bug infestation or mold that could be causing these changes in your skin.
