A primary cancer is where cancer first grows in your body. A secondary cancer is when primary cancer spreads to another area of your body.  According to Wikipedia - (Mucinous), cystadenocarcinoma of the lung (MCACL) is a very rare malignant mucus-producing neoplasm arising from the uncontrolled growth of transformed epithelial cells originating in lung tissue.
