Eating bland foods that are soft and smooth but high in calories and protein (such as cream-based soups, pudding, ice cream, yogurt, and milkshakes ) usually work well. I'm sorry this is not the case for you, at least right now. Have you tried plain milk or plain yogurt (no fruit or sugar added)? This might help. Your doctor should be notified if you are not able to eat or drink anything. He or she might be able to prescribe something that will help. I hope you feel better soon. Keep us updated.
