If you have been treated and no longer have a yeast infection, there is no reason for concern. As for you, your boyfriend can't get a yeast infection from the act (of you) giving him oral sex. I'm not sure why you think this might be a concern unless you have an active yeast infection in your mouth, (when this happens it's called thrush). Oral thrush causes white lesions on the tongue or inner cheeks, so you would know it.
