A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (naked) with ejaculation. She would also have to be ovulating. Sperm will not travel through a layer of clothing to impregnate. You did not have sex, you just made out with clothes on. I don't know why her period is late, this has happened to her before so she may have an irregular cycle. She needs to see her doctor about this.
So a pregnancy cannot occur from what you did.
