I don't think you're pregnant. I think your spotting is your period coming on but it can take another day or two for it to come on properly.
Don't engage in sexual activity if one of you is naked, as that causes you concern and stress. You can't get pregnant if you are wearing a layer of clothing but what's the sense of even doing this if it causes you worry? Both of you can mess around with clothes on; it's perfectly safe and worry free.
I'm sure your test will be negative.
