Is this woulnd on the tip of your nose or on the entry to your nose, around the nostril area? It sounds like you mean the tip.
A wound that is unable to heal needs an examination. You may need a skin cancer screening or you may have another skin condition like psoriasis or dermatitis on your skin. A dermatologist can help you further.
