There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside her vagina or (more rarely) on the opening. Pre-ejaculate in itself does not contain sperm. After a male ejaculates traces of sperm can remain in the urethra, but once a man urinates it would be flushed out. For future, insist on a condom so you won't need to worry.
