Without penetration and ejaculation, there was no risk of becoming pregnant.
Pre ejacualte fluid itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can remain in the urethra, which is the tube that urine and semen pass through. But, once he urinated, which I am sure he did since his last ejaculation three days ago, any sperm was flushed out.
