You become pregnant when you have unprotected intercourse within five days before you ovulate or on the day you ovulate.
Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can remain in the male's urethra, which is the tube that semen and urine pass through, if he has had a prior but very recent ejaculation. Once he urinates, the sperm is flushed out.
So, low risk of getting pregnant with pre ejaculate fluid. No risk of you gave your partner a handjob.
