Symptoms vary among people, but according to the National Institute of Health, symptoms in adults and older children include headache followed by vomiting, nausea, blurred or double vision, balance and coordination problems, urinary incontinence, irritability, and drowsiness.
Besides headache, have you experienced any other of these symptoms? The last time you had water on the brain, did you have surgical treatment?
It's hard for me to tell if you are experiencing water on the brain again by just knowing about the symptom of a headache. I would definitely schedule an appointment with a doctor soon since it is a concern for you. It's always best to visit with a doctor in person for a condition like this so they can run tests and help you.
