From the situation you described above, you would not be pregnant. For a pregnancy to happen, actual intercourse - not just foreplay - must occur. Also, preejaculation wouldn't be able to swim through swim trunks and doesn't live long once out of the body.

Also, with you being on birth control, that lowers your chances further.
