At Somax Performance Institute we have found that morning stiffness is caused by an accumulation of microfibers (mild scar tissue) in the connective tissue between the muscles. As we release these microfibers, our clients report they no longer have morning stiffness. One of our pro golfers used to hate early morning rounds. After he completed our four week program, he no longer dreaded morning rounds. His putting also improved from #113 to #1 on tour and set a new PGA putting records for the lowest number of putts in a tournament.
