Im not really a morning person but since I have to go to work from 8-5 I have to get up earlier to prepare myself, commute from home to work etc, and since Im not a morning person, Im usually sluggish, what i do is, drink some coffee, make some stretching trying to wake up my still sleepy muscles, and take a bath using cold water first before using my usual water temp.
