I consider myself a power napper and 10 minutes is perfect for me.
Good to know about the other choices because my husband says he is a terrible napper because he doesn't want to get up but I see that timing a nap at 90 minutes for him would be the right solution.
I get sleepy after eating lunch (even though it is perfectly healthy, no sugar only carb would be brown rice) and am fortunate to work at home so the 10 minutes is a wonderful luxury.
