Welcome to the EmpowHER community and thank you for coming to us for advice.

You are 5'2" tall and weigh around 48 kg, which converts to 105 lbs. That is a petite figure.
If your bust is around 34 inches and you wear a A cup bra, that is perfectly proportional for your body.

Learn to love your body.

Here is one exercise that will strengthen your upper back and shoulders:

Stand with your feet about hip-width apart, with relaxed knees (your "relaxed stance"). Hold a single dumbbell in your hand. Place your thumb-side against your thigh.

Lift your arm up and out at about a 45-degree angle from your body, pointing your thumb-side down toward the ground as you lift. Think of pouring out a can of soda. Keep your wrist firm (don't bend it as you exercise).

Lift up to shoulder height, pause for a second or two, and then return to the starting position

Tip: Don't have a small weight at home? Use an actual can of soup or a filled water jug with a handle.

Wall-Ups are perhaps the simplest of all exercises for breast enhancement but highly effective. It is similar to push-ups, the only difference being that you have to use a wall to push against instead of the floor. Place yourself two feet away from a wall. The gap between your feet should be equal to your shoulder width. Lay your palms flat on the wall and bend your arms. Lean forward till your nose touches the wall. Hold that position for around 10 seconds and then repeat.

Estrogen is the hormone that plays a key role in the development of a woman's figure. Foods rich in naturally occurring estrogen include leafy green vegetables, cherries and strawberries, as well as yams and chicken.
