If you had unprotected sex between now and your last period then you could be pregnant.
White discharge is not a pregnancy symptoms, however all your other symptoms do point to pregnancy. Vaginal bleeding during the first months of pregnancy is exactly how you described: spotting the only lasts a day or two.
If you have not had sex since your last period, then you could be experiencing hormonal changes. It is a good sign that you do not have severe cramps. The other symptoms may be PMS without the bleeding, which can happen.
Unfortunately, anything serious will not be detected until you have a pap smear or pelvic exam at your appointment.
