It is my upper and lower right side of my abdomen, I am dizzy at random times throughout the day and it doesn't get better with food water or rest. I do check my blood sugar levels when I feel like this and also when I feel 'fine' and they're not very different it makes me not want to eat but I know the difference between needing to eat because I feel sick and the way j feel 99% of the time. My mom thinks it could be ovulation pain, because it really acts up the same time every month, about a week before my period
