Pregnancy after having your "tubes tied" depends on the type of surgery you had.
During a certain kind of surgery the tubes a purposefully damaged. When they heal, a wall of scar tissue is created. Sometimes the tubes do not seal completely allowing pregnancy to occur.
The danger of becoming pregnant after getting your tubes tied is the possibility of getting an ectopic pregnancy which would not necessarily be detected by a pregnancy test.
I suggest that you see your doctor, that way you can rule out the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy.
