The nosebleed which you had on Saturday was serious and you should have gone to the ER. Since you continue to notice old blood and clots, please call your primary care physician again. Maybe he can examine you until you can be seen by the ENT specialist. Call to schedule the earliest appointment available.
Should you have another serious nosebleed, go to the ER.
