Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Have you spoken with your physician about this?

Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is an infection of the female reproductive organs. It usually occurs when sexually transmitted bacteria spread from your vagina to your uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries.

Symptoms include abdominal and pelvic pain, a heavy vaginal discharge with an unpleasant odor, irregular menstrual bleeding, pain during intercourse, fever and painful or difficult urination.

Clotrimazole is used to treat yeast infections of the vagina, mouth and skin. It comes as vaginal tablets and vaginal cream to be used once a day at bedtime for 3 or 7 days for vaginal infections.

Please contact your physician since you are not getting any relief.

Regards,
Maryann
