I don't think you should worry. Sperm only live for a maximum of a few hours outside the body. Unless you actually have vaginal sex without protection, you probably won't get pregnant.
Also, the bleeding associated with pregnancy is a light spotting, and not like a regular period. Just to be sure though, you should take a home pregnancy test and/or contact your doctor.
