It sounds like you missed the pills later in the month, which shouldn't be as bad since your body would have a reserve of hormones. Also, little to no bleeding is perfectly normal while on the pill and doesn't necessarily mean you're pregnant.
The pregnancy test should be around 99% accurate from the day of your missed period, and even more accurate a week later. Perhaps you could take another test after your pill-free week is finished. If you're still concerned, please consult your doctor.
