I'm sorry to hear that you have been dealing with this pain for almost a year, have been to three doctors, and still have no answers.

Mild to moderate muscle strains typically only last for a couple of days. They don't come and go over a period of several months.

Ovarian cysts typically do not cause pain. They can however cause pain if they are large, bleeding, break open, are bumped during intercourse, are twisted or in some way interfere with the blood supply to the ovary,

No one on the Internet will be able to determine what is causing your pain. Assuming that the doctors you saw did manual exams, it seems like the next step would be an imaging exam, such as ultrasound, to see if examining your body from the inside can help pinpoint the cause of your pain.

Please find a doctor who will take your concerns seriously and help you find out what is causing your pain. Let us know what you learn, and if we can help further.
