Welcome to EmpowHer and thank you for your question! I am sorry that you are dealing with this issue. While you do not seem to have the common risk factors for vitamin D deficiency, there are several reasons your body can fail to absorb or make vitamin D.These include obesity, advanced age and disorders, such as Crohn’s or celiac disease.
Please consult with your physician about your fatigue. They will help determine whether you should increase your dose of vitamin D, and introduce other options for treatment. If you suspect the accuracy of your blood test results, please ask to be retested.
Does that answer your question? Please check back and let us know how you are doing.
