Five years ago I had the same discharge. Also my right breast had the same sensation of breast feeding and I even had dreams that I was a nursing mom again. I went for a mammogram and they had to do further testing - the result Stage 3 HER2 positive breast cancer. Thank God it was found as if it went any further the results would not have been so good. I opted for a bilaterally mastectomy. I had 6 rounds of chemo along with 18 treatments of Herceptin. I would say it is worth having an MRI to rule out breast cancer. Better to be proactive than reactive.
