Add pelvic congestion syndrome to the list, please. It's basically varicose veins inside the pelvis, sometimes you will see varicosities on the buttocks or pelvis, which is a sign that there are varicosities inside as well. It causes pain during sex and menstruation. A pelvic MRI and an interventional radiologist are needed to confirm and correct it. I had this, and received amazing relief afterwards - night and day.
