Guide

Hello superwoman,

As I said in my reply to your question about Famila 28, I am unfamiliar with this emergency contraceptive pill.

I would strongly advise you against using any emergency contraceptive pill as a form of birth control. It is unsafe. It is intended for emergency use only.

If you have difficulty remembering to take a daily birth control pill, consider having a IUD inserted. A intrauterine device is inserted into your vagina and remain in place for five years. The Depo Provera injection is another option.

Where do you live? Birth control options can vary in different parts of the world.

Regards,
Maryann
