Hi Anon,

 

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. When the levels of LH are higher than the levels of FSH, the most common diagnosis is PCOS or Polycystic ovarian syndrome. Of course, you need to ask your doctor if this is the case for you because not every woman who has high LH has PCOS. Some things you can do to help reduce the LH level can be: Exercise, this will increase blood flow to the ovaries. It can decrease production of both FSH and LH naturally.  Hope this was helpful?
