Well, I would say you are safe to the 10 degree if there is such a thing. Your original "lapse in judgement" touching of genitals would never ever get you pregnant. You indicated there was no penetration or anything sexual in nature and therefore, there is NO WAY you could have gotten pregnant since sperm needs to enter your vagina in order to get you pregnant.
Taking Plan B usually causes abnormal periods for approximately two to three cycles (months) so expect some odd periods but they will return back to normal. So not only did you take Plan B when there was no chance of pregnancy, you already had your period and took 4 pregnancy tests which all came out negative???? I think it is safe to say, there is absolutely no way you are pregnant.
