Crazy to think that a lot of people consume double that amount, but it's not surprising since people tend to eat a lot of processed foods. I personally try to eat fresh foods whenever I can, but I will have to admit that lately for lunch I eat a lot of frozen meals mainly for the convenience.
Do you have any recommendations for "healthier" frozen meals that do not contain a lot of sodium?
