Are you sure the bleeding is vaginal and not rectal? Did you notice the blood when you wiped after you voided or after you had a bowel movement?
Noticing bright red blood after a bowel movement indicates hemorrhoids.
It is possible that this is ovulation bleeding. During ovulation, an increase in vaginal discharge or slight spotting can happen.
