It seems highly un-likely that you are pregnant. Unless the sperm enters the vagina, its not possible to be pregnant. White discharge is normal before periods and some people have head aches before and during their period just like others get cramps. If you are still unsure, pick up a pregnancy test from a local pharmacy but make sure to buy 2 or 3. Sometimes it can give you false results so you can compare the answers between the tests.
