At 31, I've learned to accept my body and weight. The one area I tend to worry more about is my muscle tone, not weight. When I take too much time off from working out I can feel the difference in my muscles.

It's sad to hear how much women still worry about their weight. If we can all learn to shift that to simply focus on being healthy, we can forget about thinking about our weight.

Get in the habit to think about your health overall...
