Thank you for sharing your story. I also never had children and medically speaking, who knows if I can or cannot. As I age and wonder the same questions that you are dealing with, I found myself moving away from all my family and friends to survive in the real world as I was pending a loss of a job. In essence, I find myself on the other side of the country than I was born and raised and alone. However, I do know that I may have something to offer a child someday and certainly know that doing that alone would not be an option so I joined the Big Brother, Big Sisters Organization. I am still waiting to hear back from them but maybe this will close that open gap of Mom somehow.
